Ils confondent marge brute et marge nette, oublient d'intégrer le coût de leur propre temps, et sous-estiment les frais fixes. Voici notre méthode en 4 étapes. Étape 1 — Calculez votre coût horaire réel : prenez vos charges fixes annuelles (loyer, assurances, véhicule, comptable, téléphone, logiciels), ajoutez votre rémunération souhaitée et vos charges sociales, puis divisez par le nombre d'heures productives réelles (attention : sur 1 820h théoriques, un artisan en produit en moyenne 1 200). Étape 2 — Intégrez les coûts cachés : déplacement, temps de devis, SAV, temps administratif, impayés (comptez 3 à 5%). Étape 3 — Appliquez un coefficient de marge : pour une activité saine, visez un coefficient de 1.5 à 1.8 sur vos coûts matériaux + main d'œuvre. En dessous de 1.3, vous travaillez à perte sans le savoir. Étape 4 — Suivez chantier par chantier : un simple tableau Excel suffit. Do you work with residential buildings/co-ownership?

Our on-site work (audit, site supervision) is limited to departments 75, 78, 91 and 92. However, commercial coaching, strategic consulting and manual sales are available remotely across France.

What is the difference between the works audit and site supervision?

The works audit is a one-off analysis mission (technical diagnosis, quote verification, risk identification). Site supervision is ongoing support: we coordinate all parties, track progress, control quality and manage unforeseen issues from start to finish.

How are craftspeople in your network selected?

Every craftsperson is met individually, their references verified, insurance checked and work quality evaluated on site. We also track client feedback after each intervention. A craftsperson who doesn't maintain our standards is removed from the network.

Do you take commissions on recommended construction companies?

Never. Our total independence is the guarantee of our objectivity. We are remunerated solely by our clients (homeowners or professionals), never by construction companies. This is a fundamental principle of our ethics.

Are the manuals updated regularly?

Yes, our manuals are updated at least once a year to incorporate regulatory changes, new commercial techniques and field feedback from our clients. Buyers receive updates free of charge by email.

How long before seeing first results?

For commercial support, first tangible results (new contacts, signed quotes) typically appear within 4 to 8 weeks. For a works audit, the return is immediate as you leave with an actionable report. Digital strategy (SEO) takes 3 to 6 months to reach full potential.

Yes, we support companies of all sizes, from independent craftspeople to SMEs with 30+ employees. The challenges differ (management structure, commercial processes, multi-site management) but our method adapts. We have notably supported general contractors on public contracts.

How does a coaching session work?

A session lasts 1h30 on average, via video call or in person. It follows a structured format: review of actions since the last session, results analysis, blocker identification, definition of priority actions for the next period. Between sessions, you have access to email and WhatsApp support for urgent questions.

What happens if my project is delayed despite supervision?

Zero risk doesn't exist in construction, but our supervision considerably reduces the risk of slippage.
